Canada-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce will be leading a mining delegation to Pakistan on Oct14, 2012.
CPCoC has once again join hands with the government of Pakistan through Board of Investment, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources, geological Survey and all the provinces to showcase Pakistan’s mining potential.
Mining expert, policy makers, government representatives and companies from all across Pakistan will gather in Islamabad on Oct 15 and 16th to participate in the discussions.
Individual provinces will get an opportunity to present opportunities.
‘This is the first time that Canada is participating in a mining delegation to Pakistan. We hope that this initiative will help Canadian companies understand the working environment in Pakistan and get opportunities to form joint ventures.” Says Mehreen Javaid President of Canada-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce. “earlier this year, CPCoC, BOI and Canadian High commission were successful in bringing a mining delegation and this trip is a continuation of our efforts.” She further adds.
